Teams in ranked

I play a lot of rankeds, and when i play i always get noob team. They always feed and i want you to know it so you can give me a team WHO knows to play and will do some good teamwork. My games is only losses bcs my team only feed and leave. Its not ok for me to play ranked when i get a team only feed and leave. You must do something with it. I hope you can do it so these Guys WHO wants to play can play and these Guys WHO troll can play. From huzmusen.
