Flex Que Matchups Need to be balanced

So i think flex que needs to be balanced or find someway to take last seasons previous solo que rank into effect because getting matched up against Masters and Diamonds as a Silver Player does not make the game fun to play anymore. I am a competitive person but it would be nice to compete someone around the same skill level at least until i make it to diamond.. but i personally think this is unacceptable Riot.. https://gyazo.com/e14c93cfcd265f5a81f256e584da3576
