So you mean the way it currently is? I'm high MMR in normal queue and after waiting 12+ minutes for a match to queue every game, I get put in a game with the same ~100 people that I am familiar with. Several of these people will leave the game the second they are behind or start talking shit and trolling in chat while afk farming. They are never punished.
