Vayne top this meta
With Tank junglers, and Tank tops shifting back into popularity, why am I not seeing more Vayne top lane? She does a pretty good job at shredding tanks (as well as pretty much everything else)

fizz does what she does but better
I did it a couple times. It's really fun playing an adc AND not having a support every time.
You have to build her slightly tanky, though, but 
and some other attack speed item usually does the trick.
Im not 100% sure, vayne seems like a good pick to me. However, i think its because a) vayne is quite squishy, and if she gets camped theres no support to save her and b) she takes until late game to do much, and if shes shut down by the jungler she'll still be weak. Although to be fair the main reason is theyve never heard of it before
she is played top relatively often
also i had a fun game recently when our 4th pick went duomid teemo, forced me from mid to support, enemy blitz killed me and our vayne several times and on top of that our top (the pun is not intended) ragequit after dying several times to their top, so our vayne went top, left me to suffer solobot vs blitz, killed that fed riven a few times and carried that game 4v5
