Damage reflection should be a really small % + a flat value (compromise with what we have now) if anything so that slow attacking champions and champs that only auto once or twice in between abilities don't get off easy.

Riot already put this item in the right direction when they increased the grevious wounds duration from 1 second to 3, don't throw them off.
