Riot the way you team people up sucks you guys are the worse

As of today i will be quitting League im a $ spender and i will not tolerate playing so hard to promote myself from B4 to B1 to be put in the worse teams ive have seen in this game no skills and a very rude and no team players at all ive gotten domoted twice now go check my match history.. that is just sad and im not a pro ill tell you that but im very decent and i can be one hell of a team player, the last probably 15 matches have been like living in hell there is nothing i can do as my team is play uselles ....as such i will not tolerate you guys teaming me up with players like this how im i getting worse players as i rank up i have posted b4 about this and nothing whats the new team set up all about to me is plain useless ... and i know this will just be another ignored post as many others but at least im taking my frustration out..
