This game use to be built around having fun with your friends and being able to play "off meta" strategies but for the past 5 seasons riot has focused on nothing but ranked play, i want to be able to play a game that's not balanced on the most high end of game-play. please bring back the glory days of FUN LoL and not this only high ranked play.

Very good suggestion. Very true statements, but Riot won't make it. Now everyone strives to be better. Even people as low as mid Bronze build properly and actually can play their main.

Ye old seeasons when i start i had no idea how to build and even how to cs ect.I watched tons of YouTube tutorials and learn how to play and what is worth. Now everything is easier, jungle timers ,suggested items,runes masteries.Even curret jungle is easier that "old"one.
I would love to play Legacy where you can choose your favorite season. Mine is 2015 when map got an update, or the season before dragon changes ( i think it was patch V4.20 where drakes giving all this "free stats")

Fun is relative, and the most fun champions to play against are the ones that consistently feed you, but if the opponent is feeding a lot because his champion is just too weak, then it won't be fun for him, yet if he changes and plays a champion that will consistently beat you, it will be fun for him but not for you.
And that's just a quick example.
