Toxic Players

So hello Riot I am writing this mesage to you to please create a new system of banning players obviously the tribunal system is terrible flat out terrible. There are still toxic players every match i am in. If i mute them we have no team communication. Secondly which is the main is the matchmaking system in ranked matches, why are we matched up with people who are not at our level and then we get absolutely crapped on. Seriously why cant you do something about it. League is a good game, i know everyone has bad games its cool if we lose i dont mind but if its 80% of our games we are matched up with toxic idiots as well as idiots in general then what is the point of even playing this game. If anyone agrees with this or disagrees im interested so please reply I like reading :)
