I would queue for jungle/support because I like playing support sometimes but I don't like playing support ALL.THE.TIME. Positional queueing for support is broken and everyone knows it. I know it's to help queue times because no one queues support but meh.

Monlyth5 votesI've almost never been autofilled to support, but I've been autofilled to jungle several times. I think it's an unpopular role because junglers are much more prone to being flamed than supports now.
If you fail a gank, you get flamed. If you take someone's kill, you get flamed. If you happened to be farming nearby when one of your teammates dies, you get flamed. And, of course, if your teammates lose any of their lanes, then it's obviously not their fault; it's your fault for not ganking enough.
I'd enjoy playing jungler a lot more if my teammates stopped using me as a scapegoat.

SEKAI2 votesI personally wouldn't mind doing support (which I'm already fine with and love playing support, though I find it boring after a couple matches since I guess I'm a natural for enchanter supp or something as I win most of my matches where I play an enchanter supp with ease for some reason), if I also don't have to go to bot lane all the time.
I just wish support can be this kinda position where they get to say which lane they want to go and support. But I guess Riot and the community don't agree, and I have to be chained to bot lane. I hate that tbh.

All you need is to get lvl 3 and you are free to support wherever you want, as long as it wins you a game.
As for chat, it can always be muted.

If I get autofilled in the last time, then I get the roles bot and jungle way more often than support. It kinda seems like support is no longer the least popular one in the game. Or am I just imagining things?

Saianna1 votesTo fix that Riot would have to rework whole support idea in this game. Not just rework few items and forcefully cripple and cramp few mages into botlane (that was r%%%%%ed move btw). But they won't do it.
Supports in this game were always uninteresting, because the philosophy of supporting in this game is braindead stupid. I used to point out what is bad about supporting, but everytime some support-mains felt agitated/angered on how dare I say anything and then they proceeded to act clueless why noone else wants to play the class. So yeah, fun.
That being said I enjoy supporting more than playing top, mid, jungle or ADC position.
