Shaco Hallucinate ( R ) - Shaco spawn a clone of himself that last Until it dies or until Shaco reactivate Hallucinate. Shaco clones drains 10/15/25 health + Mana from Shaco each second Increase by 5% a second up to 100% ( 20 secs to reach 100% Upon the death of said clone Shaco is Healed for 15 % of the damage that clone took. Clone take 120/100/80 secs to re-spawn after it dies.

That is just a bastardization of a good ultimate. You think that's a buff? You would fail to pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel.
