Stuck in Plat 3

Every time I getting closer to promote games. There were always a feder normally end up with 0/7 or 0/9. Or afk in the first 5mins then back online. Or some teammates who doesn't give a fuck of missing signals. Sometimes I feel like where the fuck does those trash players get into plat? Why so many people are so trash or overconfident about their skills but turns out they are just trash. What do I do to get rid of this fucking plat 3?

If you're losing to someone not pinging that an enemy is missing, that's mostly on you. It's convenient if they do, but it's your responsibility to ward and pay attention to the map. All it takes is you glancing at the mid / bot lane for a second to discern that they're not actually there.
