hi i just want to say that that u are balacing champs as idiots ex:RIVEN/ZED They have extreme SKILLCAP and u are nerfing littel thigs that are really importante zed cant tower dive as usual and it is alot harder to do plays again oriana/ahry/so on and with riven now if you are close to gettign of riven ult she wont it u as usual so for veteran players it sucks because we have pratice mechanics for years and now they are just going away and for newers players zed and riven are even harder pls think more about future balance and dont put it live u il screw up all riven/zed players mains or not
