league voice, and communication with your team

Pings / communcation / voice volume / make it more usefull:

if you ping on the map it roughly helps, my suggestion towards you guys, is to have an open voice chat on league and be able to mute who u want once u go in a game. the problem with pings on the map that people mostly react to late or dont see it or just fail to escape from a gank thats comming because pings are almost never in time. i would love to have an open voice chat over whole league of legends, if you enter a game/game lobby. the once that are trolls you mute the once that are listening and teamwise good people ill listen to them, communication in this game is key and also fun to use aswell, i dont think the ping system really works.. its usually tolate. what do you guys think about this and is this option ever possible and by entering a game i mean a lobby, and please turn the standard volume back down to a 50% instead of the standard 75% wich is way to loud.. in my opinion. i am trying to ignore everyone with negative attitude, but people in gold elo are still bad, and ive trying to keep myself calm. but its nearly impossible to carry games with people that are still bad in gold.. and there is roughly a meta to solo carry anymore.. its almost impossible. if 2 lanes are losing u mostly lose the whole game. its really demotivating to play ranked.. since the ping idea is just not enough. and also the players i mostly get also pick champions they play for the first time in ranked.. a quite big avarge in gold elo picks champs for the first time... i dont understand this either you just screw your team over. ranked is a competitive game mode not a mode to try out new stuff.. i would like to see the game improve instead of getting more toxic and salty over time.. the fixes are easy done and i think an open voice chat makes it also more better to get the rank u deserve... ive been always stuck in gold by getting reallys shitty teams that i give a jungler kills, they dont ward or they still lose thier lane. its like there is more options that lanes still will fail instead of how to carry with that lead. this insults alot of times in still losing games. because even when u give people a good start they still fuck up by not warding being to overextended and so on.
