Runes & Champions- Discounts on IP !

Dear community, There hasn't been an event for 2x additional runes page for 6300 in a long time. Also runes page is like forgotten for the eyes of riot, It feels like when a new account want to climb they cant because the prices of runes are SO HIGH ! Runes page didn't have 50% discount for a very long time as it used to be for the Tier 3 runes, it should be changed every single week, same as free champion rotation. What about weekly discount on champions? I am playing for couple of monthes and have only 20 champions, its really hard to buy champions and runes since you only get like 80 IP per win ! - THATS INSANLY LOW. I really understand that Riot is a company that wants to make money, I am not here to ruin your incoming money or something but this issue with the high prices of runes and champions is insane since other games I know have events to make extra money and its not that hard to earn new champs and stats. Please, what you guys think about this? Should riot give weekly changed discounts on Runes & Champions with IP !?
