Jungle balance idea thread (add your ideas too)

I commented with this on Riot Fearless' thread about the jungle but I wanted to use it as a thread to increase visibility. Basically its what i think would help the balance of the jungle.

I think including some mana regen on magus and/or juggernaut would be helpful for tanky/ap junglers, especially since mid laners often take the blue and you recently reduced its duration.

Alternatively for juggernaut, it could build out of a (lvl2 machete)+catalyst+200g instead of a kindlegem, giving mana and health and maybe something similar to the old SotAG with a percentage multiplier on bonus health or health and mana.

Another factor has obviously been junglers with strong ganking dominating the pick/win charts, and i'm not saying just Lee but everyone has talked about him. You (riot) have said before about focusing on their weaknesses rather than their strengths and i think this is good, and for Lee at least, I think you should focus on reducing his ability to clear camps to give him a meaningful weakness. Right now his clearing pattern is very forgiving in regards to having double abilities and an aa enhancing passive as well as a shield and spellvamp/lifesteal sustain. I think that if you were to remove the energy return on his passive and only allow his w to be reactivated if it isn't used on himself and perhaps reduce the base damage on his ult (maybe with an increase if the enemy collides with terrain or another champion)
