Dynamic Queue issue Not Getting Primary Role?

This has recently started happening to me for a few day's were i dont get my primary postion which is mid, and my secondary position is top. It seems 90% of the time i rank i get top lane not mid lane thought riot valued and gave priority to the primary positions you play'ed. Pls fix this asoon as possible because i wanna play my mid lane champ's which is the lane i main pls roit fix this. Currently s3
