Taliyah needs some kind of way to tell when worked ground expires

In the champion spotlight they mention flashing onto worked ground just as its about to expire, but how did the person know it would? From testing on custom matches worked ground has no timer integrated, and it simply vanishes when finished.

Managing worked ground is one of the most important aspects of playing Taliyah but how can we do that if the only way we can do it is by timing every single one in our heads somehow?
