s4 style jungle again

i was ok with the changes until i hear about 1: plants like really what were u thinking 2: the smite buffs are gone these were a cool addition whyyyyy 3: the fucking red starts before i liked what they did to the jungle like if u wanted to counter jungle you have to plan i did experince this in season 4 when the art of counter jungles was so simple even teemo could do it. #riot pls
