Riot,why am I getting teammates from Iron?

So Riot,after you've added new tiers to game,why do I keep constantly getting teammates from Iron?I don't think this is normal.I have like 10 lost games in a row just because of team,because we're not getting matched equally,sometimes i get plat 4 in my team but sometimes i get iron 2-3 and of course I'm gonna lose that.What's the problem? My mmr is way too low or what?

Your MMR is probably fine, Preseason usually ends up having a few bumpy spots, not sure why, though the most famous thing I can remember is the Iwilldominate stream where he was in bronze on a challenger MMR account. Though I think that was Flex Queue's problem.
