Your deaths per game are really high despite your win streak. You probably need to simply die less and probably sometimes build a Guardian Angel sometimes. As and ADC it is an OK item to buy if your team is slightly ahead and the next team fight may determine the battle.
I would play fewer champions and just focus on playing 2 or 3. You should get out of silver by simply doing that.
Reducing your deaths per game might actually get you out of silver.
Try to get your farm up...but if it is game knowledge that you want to improve might I suggest n3ac3y. he has made it to diamond on multiple accounts and his lighting fast commentaries are filled with solid tips.

I was in a Silver 4 slum for a long time this past summer (season 5) until he did a replay review of one of my games. I didn't get gold in solo queue, but I was able to transfer the knowledge into my ranked 3's team to get to gold there.
Your Almost Gold just keep those deaths Low. Btw you improved so much in just a few days. I see your cs slightly dropped but your deaths got lower also you win times seem to get faster. Just keep your aim to do global pressure you see a lane in need of help rush their imediately help them get back in the game or if your winning lane could get that extra bump with an easy roam do it pressure helps win games

Don't know why you built the Liandries in the anivia game... if you go three items deep like that it better be a death cap. Besides you have both RoA and Seraph's so survivability shouldn't be an issue to the point where you need the 300 HP. Also have you tried a different starter? I don't feel like you need the dark seal.
You're most likely "OH my god look at all these stats!" then you realize you only participate in 42% of kills so it doesn't do much of anything. Also you average deaths to kills really nullify the item even with your assists. Single doran's/double would probably suit you better.
You need to also focus on playing with your team since your anivia and she is all about the team fights and sieging. Also having 200 ish cs at 36m is bad. When you should be at around 300. You really need to start playing the map, because right now it seems like you're wasting a lot of time doing nothing on the map. Especially since you have double TP.
