You'd be better off taking advice from mid silver- low gold.

If you don't know how to play as a smite/tp toplaner you'd be better off going ignite/tp/flash.

@OP, if you will consider a lowly silver II's opinion.

There is a feature on the main UI that allows you to spectate games, many of which are higher ELO. (Most games I've spectated have Diamond-league and Challenger-league borders on the loading screen.) If you are a top laner, or really any preferred role, this is a good source to view some of the best players solo queue strategies.

Or you could try throwing your own stuff at the wall to see if it can stick. I personally don't like auto-following higher tier players builds like they're a twitter account. I have my own playstyle that I enjoy using. (Ha! That's this silver leaguers opinion right there! YOU KNEW IT WAS COMING!)

if they have high base damage/in-built tankingness then cinderhulk, if they scale crazily with attack speed or ad, then go the others.
