Rengar Question

Okay, so I am not sure if this is where to put this, but how the fuck do you deal with Rengar in a soloQ setting? I am saying where the map isn't littered with wards. As an adc, I don't know how to deal with him LITERALLY one-shotting me under my inhibitor turret. I'm aware he is an assassin, I'm aware it was lategame, but I'm also aware that there should be something i can do to outplay it. Seriously looking for advice guys.

EDIT: Okay guys... Died, at full health, in my base, under my turret, in less than 1 second.

counter jungle him early. He's only good when fed. he's a free kill if you go find him early on.

As others have said wards, pink wards specifically or an upgraded sweeper. Heck you can even get the upgraded trinket for 250 gold so you have no excuse for that part. It's unfortunate that teams in lower elo don't often ward and I hate it but you should know very early how the support will be. If they're good you should be ok, if they're bad then you know you can only rely on yourself.

Upgrade trinket Pink wards Mercurial Scimitar to cleanse his snare Hard CC (Morgana snare, Janna disengage, Annie stun etc) I don't know about Banshee's Veil because you have no control over when it gets popped or by what. Zhonya on ADC? I know someone that does that and it's surprising how often it saves his life.

Use pinks to spot him coming.

Tell your support to do their job and use Face of the Mountain or Mikael's Crucible or Locket of the Iron Solari (Active).

Don't stay close to the fog of war. A half decent team can peel a Rengar with CC.

Buy a Banshee's. It's MR, but the Spell Shield blocks his Bola.

Buy BT and keep your shield up.

If you know enemy Rengar is roaming somewhere, near or far, as a squishy ADC/mid try not to solo around the place so much.
If you're a tank, hard armor build counters him, especially thornmail.
Best to get yourself and your team to place pink wards around, or upgrade your yellow trinket.

Buy an item to resist to his burst and STAYing in group, your support is your more powerfull item against him: he has just 1 closegap and if you resist to first jump he can easily kited. If you play against rengar you must group. I see 1000 of stream of the best rengar's players in the world( avail, akaadian, kings of meme alias dekar) and I can tell you that the right way is this. Also zhonyas is very powerfull, the most important thing is survive to is first jump. The other way is to win before 40 min because early game of rengar isn't so good

Aah, if you want a tank against rengar, try Malphite with 2 item of heavy armor, even with a Lw, brutalizer and more he can does anything even if he is fed. In top then he has 100 of counter and bad matchup( this is why he is jungler), I can raccomand fiora, pantheon, riven, renekton, jax, irelia after 4 outscales rengar, lissandra ( and janna as support) is the best counter of rengar because he has just a closegap so when he jump, he is a dead cat, gnar even if he need to use his brain and be safe early game, garen is vary powerful for his silence against rengar even if he died sometimes early game. And against rengar jungler ( as jungler)try to ward his jungle to see where he is and if he has 5 stacks of ferocity and INVADE him expecially in early game where even a support can kill him because he hasn't an escape and in the first clear he his very low(200hp). if rengar is caught off guard is an easy prey, do not wait, you have to flush him out

if its a decent rengar.... not to much you can do.. except help ward, increase your map awareness... etc

Get a item 3157 as last item. As long as you see him jump click it and let your team help.

Ask your support to be close to you and cc the moment he jumps in.

item 3102 should block his q damage (proving he does not do a roar first) but I would just rather get item 3026 over veil even with the 5 in cd.
