Any reconmondation for Hecarim Runes
Idk what to go for hecarim runes. I know aobut the 4.5 movement speed quints, but idk the rest. Cant decide on runes and masteries. D:

i vote armor pen or flat AD marks , Armor seals and either Flat MR or Flat CDR Glyphs
Armor Pen Or Flat AD is basically personal preference, But i've found Armor pen works better in most cases. Armor Seals for smoother jungle clear. Magic resist or cdr glyphs depending on if there is magic damage on the enemy team.
MS Quints Armor Pen Marks Flat Armor Seals MR or CDR Glyphs
I run Scaling Armor seals/MR glyphs and AS Marks and that's seemed to work wonders for me.
Masteries I run 6/6/18
5 in fury 1 in Double Edged sword
5 in Wanderer 1 in Runic Affinity
And 5 in unyielding then the rest on the left side of the tree and Strength of the ages for my keystone
