I've and others are thinking to our selfs "Why Are IP Points (Used For Champs) So Hard to Get" For example, I've been trying to get Kha'Zix Khazix with IP for a Month now and still Don't Have Him Reducing The Runes cost is a good idea, but why not even Experiment with lowered Champs cost The game would appeal to me more if getting Champs that I want to play, learn, or master, I could get In the midst of at most 2 weeks, over a month to just get a 6300 IP champ is annoying. I understand Riot wants there Player base to buy RP (Obviously from a business stand point) But it takes forever to just get a champ without RP, some players (Including Me) Have little or no money to spend on RP...

I think it would behoove Riot to have an IP -> RP conversion when buying champions. That is to say if you don't have the amount of RP or IP to buy a champion, but the percentage of IP you do have is equal to the % of RP you need, you can supplement your RP with IP.

If the champion costs 975/6300 and you only have 353 RP, you can spend 353 RP + 4020 IP to unlock said champion.

Though really, you don't have $10 to spend on League? If you don't value what Riot gives you in champion/skins for 10 bucks or more, that's perfectly fine. I have a lot of disposable income but spend very little on League because I don't think that a lot of what Riot sells is worth their price tag. But don't say you don't have money. If you have internet, you have $10. If you eat fast food, you have $10.
