the reason why new player experiance sucks

we all know that the experiance of the new players sucks ALOT but why does it suck? well it is very simple- Riot wants money think about it why are summoner spells locked at early levels and the tutorial teaches you nothing? if player usually spends 100-200 hours just to get ''average'' he/she is likely to like or even fell in love with a champion which means that said player is likely to purchase skins and riot makes money of that BUT if a player has to spend only 10-20 hours to get ''average'' he/she will probally try different champions and buy a skin aften alot of time and riots makes money more slowly why are smurfs allowed to ruin new people's games? if you see that guy who is like 55/0 and 1v5 your entire team while his/hers is afk then you will probably want to be like him and spend alot more time on the game ,you will be more likely to spend money on skins. again riot makes money from that why are we nothing almost on how to build champions except the recommended items(alot of them are bad)? it will drive alot of players away.what would you do if a company told you exacly how to play a game the way THEY want and punish you for not doing it?you will probably quit immediately and never play again and never buy skins which means riot makes no money but but... skins arent the only thing riot makes money from. yes you are right, but skins most likely make atleast 80% of their income since:champions come 1 in 2/4 months and skins come almost every patch,they said that lcs doesnt even make that much compared to how much they spend on it(it is mostly an advertisement) and it is ridicilously slow to get a skin for free from hextech crafting and most of the skins you get are crapnot good. this all part of riot's buseness strategy. edit:all that I am saying is that riot are people and that is ok.
