Who is supposed to use duskblade ?

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read I have watching a few games where many ad champs use duskblade. Not jusst assasins but adc as well Now considering that riot is against abusing an item , is this not such a case ? I mean if every ad champ builds a certain item even if it is to be used from another category of champions would that mean it needs some work so that specific champs ( those who the item was made ) get to buy it ? Or am i wrong ?

1.) Sudden Impact

2.) Crit items are too expensive and offer very little/no burst in comparison until 6.5k gold into building them (IE + a crit item).

3.) Keystone damage, again further amplified by Sudden Impact.

Any AD champ who(se): • Damage is front-loaded ; or • Has a long enough range to frequently duck in and out of vision during fights will be able to benefit most from Duskblade. It's just the nature of the item, and there's no way to get around that without removing it altogether.

What ADC can use duskblade?? kaisa + vayne invis is not enough for it to come up, I believe

It was a MF actually but what struck me was the fact that she and another ( pyke if i remember correctly ) with duskblade pretty much removed all the wards in a vast area. it only took 2 champs to deny all bot lane vision from dragon to enemy jungle.
