Being stuck in turrets

Does anybody else have this problem? It happens sometimes that my pathfinder walks my champ into the turret and you cant move out of it till you put in another command, sometimes it can be really bad for you if you dont notice it instantly and youll lose cs/xp. I dont know if that was always possible but latetly I have this quiet a lot.
