Better Rewards for Players

Since Eternals came out, all I've heard from the community is "Why should I pay for them?" or "It's Riot, they can do what they want.". Recently I came across Necrit's video discussing Eternals and one part that did strike me in his video was the addition of golden weapons. When upgrading a champion to 2 or 3 stars the color of the weapon changes. It's a purely cosmetic idea, but if Eternals were to track your achievements, maybe rewarding the player a different color scheme for their weapon would be a nice thing for them. I agree with what Necrit has said and maybe that could be something the community would want. I remember getting golden weapons in games like COD was so much fun, it'd be a nostalgic feeling for me at least if something like that was added.
