Why is riot attacking me in this game

I am doing ranked and it does not let me in the game. Just says game is still in progress. I am trying to get to Plat and this game just wont let me get there. Multiple times screwed me over and I am so tired of this game doing this. Losing points for teammates leaving games half way in and no lost forgiven or after they buy then just afk and we still lose so many points. Riot need in game reporting or lost forgiven again. I would add a picture of this cancer ability but there is no option to do so.
