Ranked games and Misguided Management

So in this latest patch, the management team of LoL have said that in ranked games we should be patient with our teammates, that we should be teaching them..... Ranked games are for people who know the elements of the game and who are able to counter and lane against all champs. Ranked games are not for players who are just learning the game as I run into them every game I play. And its ridiculous for these management guys to think that you can turn a game around when you have 3 people feeding on the team. Who have no CLUE what to do , no map awareness, no follow ups but will engage a 2v1 all by themselves but when jgler or support go in they are fking farming cs!!!!! To the management team ..... I hope you can create a system where ranked are for players who have 500 wins or more in normals, that way it can limit the amount of noobs that play the game. Seriously! FFS

What? I don't know what Rank you are, but you're not going to find this in many players until very high elo. Most players know comparatively very little for hundreds of Ranked matches, learning more as they go (and typically climbing as they improve).

Well in my main account, I wanted to make sure I didn't bring my team down, so I vowed I'd make sure that I wouldn't play ranked until I won 500 games in norms. I did this because when I played a ranked match I realized that my inexperience brought the team down even though we were ahead in kills. I ended up feeding bad because I overextended, lacked map awareness, didn't follow up etc... after that I wanted to make sure my next ranked matches were good, that I could be what my team needed me to be. By the way, I have tried to be positive and tell people, "stop focusing the tanks", " focus jinx, lux, eve,", " don't focus nautilus", over and over and they don't listen. I tell them to group, they want to split push and they die over and over .. So for management to think that it's ok to put experienced players with such noobs is ridiculous.
I was silver1 and stopped playing for a couple seasons. When I came back, I couldn't believe all the noobs making the mistakes I made when I first started, In ranked!! Newbs shouldn't be allowed to play ranked. We expect you to know what your doing. I can't be everywhere and when chogath feeds yas top 10 kills before we can even help, I can't pull us out because he starts roaming and mid gets caught out, our jgler is feeding as well. Omg the noob plays! Funny, I think management hasn't played games like these. They probably only play with friends in a duo que or as a trio or more. I don't think they solo q and I don't think they have played games with people like that over and over... "sigh"
