Show champ abilities in character selection and in game

I honestly feel like I'm missing something here. Why can i not see my champion abilities in champ select or anybody else's? This seems like such a basic thing that I feel blind or something. There's no reason a game of this scale should not have that. If it is there, please somebody tell me how to access it because I can't see it, and I consider myself pretty good at reading UIs.

Also, please let me see other champions' abilities in game. It's very frustrating to not know my allies' and enemies' skills and lose because of it. I'm fairly new at this game, and it's obnoxiously difficult to learn when I lose the early game every time because I don't know anybody's abilities or how they scale. People say DOTA is harder to learn, but at least it gives you information you need.

Also, not sure what category to put this in, so if it doesn't belong in gameplay, sorry about that. Is there a way to contact the developers directly? I'm sure many people would like these features, and they should honestly be in already. I was in awe that they weren't.

Part of being good at this game is having experience, just play the game and you'll learn what the abilities do.

I figured someone would say something like this. It's not like it's impossible to learn the game without it, but it makes it so much easier to learn. I'm sure there are plenty of players with hundreds of hours that don't know the exact scaling on abilities, even for the champion they are playing during the game. It is much easier to learn 10 champions' abilities than to learn all of them in preparation for a game. If the abilities are displayed in game, I can read them during the pre-game and understand who I am facing and what they can do. Obviously this is much easier to do in game than going to a third party site during the loading screen and checking everything. That is also incredibly inconvenient if I want to check something mid game. It's just an unnecessary barrier for all players. There's no reason for the game to hide that information, and it would probably take a couple weeks at most to implement.

While we are at it, the game should also display how your abilities level up beyond the next level. When you level up an ability, it shows how it improves, but it would be nice to have all the levels side by side. I've played DOTA 2 a fair amount, and it is very easy to know what abilities to max first in it because they tell you what each level does to improve an ability.
