I have 17+ friends who don't play this game because riven/lee dash all in kits never got a nerf

Just fought 16 rivens and 1 yasuo in my day of ranked games across 3 diff accounts from plat 2 to gold 1. Still no grevious wounds buffs to deal with shields, or items to help with champs that just bounce back and one shot anything thats not some broken tank or buggy dash animation cancel. Its been 7 years of this being op, can we please have some strategy and scaling tactics? P.S. worlds sucked it was everyone one shotting everyone in a dash ZZZZZZ

TDLR Nerf flat dmg building champ scaling then nerf their base numbers then buff grevious wounds to effect shields then nerf offensive shields (except J4).
