With some minimal testing, a friend and I had trouble with the above keystone mastery when multiple people use it on the same team. In a solo custom game I was able to proc. TLD with a w and 2 autos from Talon. In a duo custom game with my friend he was the only one who could proc. TLD no matter how hard I tried. If others could test and confirm; it may be a serious issue.

Waffles131 votesWe believe every team member is given the same cooldown timer on TLD, so if one person uses it then no one else can. However, in our little game it may also be only available to one person per game/ per team.

If that's true then that's incredibly gay.
