Super slump or tilt?

I been playing for 3 years and my first year of ranks I was bronze 5 and last year which is my second I made it all the way to silver 2. Now this year I climb back into silver but for some reason I can win any games idk what is wrong. I will win one game and literally lose 15 in a row. I play mostly mid/jg because I feel like those spots carrying usual is the reason games are won. Now the problem is that I'll do well but my team won't. I'm not saying I'm great but I usually win lane or beat enemy jg. Even when I'm not doing great I manage to take tons of objectives even steal drag or baron. Idk what to do anymore because I always do my best to gank lanes that can hard carry as jg and I always pick very mobile champs mid so I can roam and get kills to get my team going. At this point I know it's not bad luck or anything but if most of my games I do good as a player and take objectives what is it then? I also stopped talking in chat cuz if you flame ppl will intent feed or afk but if I ping my team will also rage and passively intent or ask farm. Can someone give me some advice as to what can I do to get over this slump?

Have you tried changing the champions you play? I had a friend who played TF from about Gold4 to Plat2, and then went on a HUGE losing streak back down to low Gold. He didn't stop the hemorrhaging until he quit TF and started playing Akali and Ashe.

Now the problem is that I'll do well but my team won't. I'm not saying I'm great but I usually win lane or beat enemy jg. Even when I'm not doing great I manage to take tons of objectives even steal drag or baron.

Remember: You're the reason you're at the rank you are, not your team. The way to start winning more is to get better yourself. And it's much easier to get better when you focus on your own individual skills (in whatever form) rather than blaming most of your losses on your teammates.

The best way to do that is to watch yourself play (replays and/or recorded streams). All throughout the match, take notes of mistakes you make, be they small mechanical mistakes ("I missed 32 CS due to bad AA timing this game") or strategic ("I put a ward in this bush, but the enemy always used this other bush, so the ward didn't help me much"). If you're not seeing your mistakes, then start asking yourself "why did I do X", "what were the results of my choosing to do X", "how do those results compare to what I expected to happen", and "now that I have time to think, would alternative choices have been more likely to produce better results?"

Winning your lane is good, but you can win harder. Avoiding flaming is good, but encouraging your teammates with positive comments and boosting morale is better. Ganking for lanes that can hard carry is good, but sometimes ganking somewhere else will provide your team with a lot of immediate objective pressure. Etc.

Just keep playing champions you enjoy playing (albeit switching it up a bit occasionally) and working to improve. Getting back to a 50%+ win rate (over your recent games, not overall) will naturally follow.
