Hecarim Buffs

In the upcoming patch I belive Hecarim will be getting a buff but how much better will he be and how will it increase his killing potential since he really requires items to do damage and with all the outher stronger junglers he kinda gets destroyed unless you play him to a good level and he depends too much on items and I think he needs more of a base damage that will be more balanced since he is the jungle pony and a great champion I enjoy playing but I would like to see him being played more but if only he was stronger and wasn't so Item dependent than maybe people would play him more unlike urgot he is useless (kappa)
