Swap QSS with Cleanse?

Maybe it is a dead idea but i think is just a better since it's cooldown is lower and it is remove everything from you not just cc.

pros:

• would be actually a summoner spell what is worth to take.

• more strategic diversity. It force carries to choose between (for better tf utility and bot lane trades) and (for better self protection)

• It would allow mid laners to trade better against champions like .

• is a very hard counter against some champion what must exist, but it's a little bit too strong because of it's low price and cooldown.

cons:

• 

• The counter against cc maybe would be too hard.

• It is possible that the won't be a very effective item after that.

• + can be very op
