Look I know it’s normals and all... but why is a Master player in the same game as my bronze 2 teammate? Is riot planning on fixing this or should I just give up on ‘fair’ matchmaking?

Because each queue has own MMR. It is unfair and not fun at all, but one can't have same MMR for all queues.

They need to add some splashback, at least, from ranked queue MMR to normal queue MMR.

It seems to be consistently unfair, for me atleast. i have games like this with a few games of 8 silvers and 2 diamonds mixed in... if im lucky i get all silver games
