I'm kinda annoyed right now

This is just a rant post really, nothing to be taken seriously but I'm... 'annoyed' put in relatively light terms.

I've been honor level 3 since about the day everyone else started getting it, and in that time I've gotten less key fragments than I did when I was honor level two, I've maybe gotten four tops and it has been almost a week now since I've even gotten one. And I've yet to even get a single honor capsule too which annoys me further, because my friend who gets honored half as much as I do has gotten two already. What annoyed me more is in the first one he got a champ shard and FIVE key fragments, then only got one fragment in the more recent one which gives me the idea they've made the capsules less valuable since people started getting them. Meaning now even if I get one it's gonna be way less valuable now which just kinda irritates me more.

So yeah, new honor system is completely balanced and I love it, keep up the good work rito.
