Character movement WASD 2019

Wasd for character movement has proven effective via games such as battlerite. I cannot play LoL properly because i have problems with my right wrist and arm. I have no issues playing fps, wow, battlerite. Moving in LoL with the mouse on top of aiming spells, clicking to attack, and moving the camera is far too much for one hand. Especially because i have burstitis in my right forearm and right shoulder causing tendonitis in the wrist. I wonder why wasd character movement is still not implemented as an option. If it was implemented, i would think that clicking to move was handicapped. You can only move in 8 directions, but its proven enough in another similar games.
