Could old Nunu E be brought back?

I just want to say that after the rework AP Nunu build is weaker by a huge margin than it was before. It plays different, it's reliant on hitting your W from afar, and in close fights if you want to actually do some damage you have to get close to your enemy with your low health and waste your Q wich was essential to survival on the old AP nunu to deal a bit of dmg wich is a lot less than before and getting close to your enemy will just outright kill you a lot of the time. That thing we got instead of old E has such low dmg and high CD that it could not have any AP scaling and it wouldn't matter very much. To sum it up, old kit was actually competitive, it was safer and could dish out tons of dmg from afar in a short time regurarly with E getting close to 2 second CD and 90% ap scaling and could save that Q for survival, healing a ton off of minions. The new kit has to get very close to the enemy and use the Q to damage your opponent wasting it in the proccess and has no meaningful damage outside of High cd snowball that you have to get going from afar, to mabe hit your enemy once for that roughly 1.5x old E damage.

So please if anyone from Riot decides to take their time reading this salty rant could you consider a second look at the viability of Newnu & Willump AP part of the kit, becouse to me it looks like when it was made people working on it tought of AP build as a meme, and just decided to go for that ONE SHOT FULL AP NUNU SNOWBALL thing that we got instead of it being actually viable.
