Broken Matchmaking system?

So first off I get matched with 2 unranked while in gold elo, people who dont even have many normal games. Then i go to trade zed for sion, and that person forgot to trade me so i go mid sion, beat lissandra the picture explains what happened to the rest of the game. Why do i lose 22 points for not only being screwed by my own team, who doesnt trade or builds remotely correct (Looking at relic shield Zed). I deserve to be punished for this messed up matchmaking system while their team is pretty well rounded at low gold high silver ELO. Am i just supposed to carry? Or just hope that the other team gets this stupidity instead of me. #I'mSaltyA'F
