is it intended for him to be able to stop a Ziggs ult? saw it happened last game, got wrecked by a dual team of fiora and yasuo+ thresh..
its kinda odd how someone can basically negate a champs ult ability with a manaless, relatively low cdr, ability. also im sick of seeing him and vayne in a game.
No, he should not be able to negate Ziggs ult. Yasuo's windwall can only block projectiles; he can't block spells that don't have a projectile, like Xerath/Lucian Q, Lux ult, Varus E, and including Ziggs ult. So if Yasuo blocked a Ziggs ult in your game, that is most definitely a bug or hack.
Yasuo's Wind Wall shouldn't be able to stop things that go off screen (like Xerath R).
I don't know though if Ziggs ulti has a smal window in which it is blockable, going to check wiki.
Edit: on wiki Ziggs ultimate is listed as one meaning that if the bomb collides on the wall it will be destroyed. I guess that Yasuo had some good aim xD
AFAIK Ziggs' Ult is only blocked by Yasuo's W if he casts it right before it touches the ground, otherwise it will fly over the wall. So he can only stop it if it flies right into the wall.
