Please remake the report system

1, Negative KDA player shouldn't report positive KDA players. 2. If a match had won, no effectiveness on the winning side players. 3. If people are duo, nerf their effectiveness if they report other players. 3. Honors CAN be removed due to high frequency of report, HOWEVER, there wouldn't be further punishment within the particular case.

SO... I played this game since s3. And from my 2 years' experience I feel the report system is so ez to get me angry. Let's say you enter a team-builder mode game, and there are duo ppl. One is a troll, the other is a silver or gold ranked guy. And the troll played as my sup.

I am not a native speaker so I can only type troll instead using ironic skills. For situation which he, for example, use Zilean and we countered Morg. And he just engage, die, engage, die. In such a situation, I type:“Don't troll, I beg you.” And his duo partner, always a top, start to fight against me using words. During an avg. 30 mins game, I would only type “troll” no more than 8 times and keep farming and try to win the game.

Let's say, since I played hundreds of games, we won or lose the game after that. I get reported in either way. He said I was toxic, "He keep saying fuuck u to Zilean!". And Riot start to mention me to be a sportsman in games.

I received many, more than 60, perhaps, "honorable opponents" honor and Riot cleaned it up from my record because I received reports from other players. What is called a balance? Reward and punishment should be equal. Riot, you removed my rewards and punish me 36 games without using chat while I didn't even use dirty words and didn't abuse my language. I feel bad!

I strongly wish that the report system should be fixed in aspects shown below:

1, Negative KDA player shouldn't report positive KDA players. 2. If a match had won, no effectiveness on the winning side players. 3. If people are duo, nerf their effectiveness if they report other players. 3. Honors CAN be removed due to high frequency of report, HOWEVER, there wouldn't be further punishment within the particular case.

I am not toxic people at all. Just saying. I main sup and I used to play jg a lot. You won't believe how many "Thank u"/ "Love u" I received from a single match. I enjoy it. I tank the cait's ult, sacrifice if possible as a sup. Sometimes if my teammate is new I will try to guide them during match. However, I found a lot of people don't appreciate that so I stopped. I am a serious player. I will train my new champions in bot games before go to pvp and I will practice, for instance, cs until I can reach 90 cs in the first 10 min and then try my adc in normal games. I am balanced to the normal players and the trolls. I would be friends with normal ppl and I would get angry to those who never treat this game so serious. Riot mentioned me the "reports" four times during the 2 yrs. Maybe this time it's really not my fault. I post this to forum in order to reveal the problem I suffered in game. I hope someone would improve this in the future. I wish LOL can be more and more successful.

I submit to you the conjecture if we change the report feature to "don't match with again" it would in turn make an overall better experience. I believe this will improve the experience of the game, naturally take care of the excessive reporters and reportees, and take away the individualistic view of when one is harassing, trolling, etc.

The experience of the game would change for the better if we had people not waiting till the end of the game to report, and rather if we combined a "do not match again" feature with the requirement that you select a new option to permanently mute a player In game. With this scenario a player would have to permanently mute the person they feel is undesirable, and it can't be undone in that game. If a player was permanently muted THEN you could select to never play with that person again. This would make people not able to argue in game if they wanted to take action after game to avoid a player.

People that report or get reported excessively will find a longer wait time to find a match. This keeps the burden on the people acting undesirably and doesn't affect the normal populous. It employs elements of natural selection instead of the special selection of the tribunal cases.

With this methods' natural selection type outcomes of your behavior, it eliminates the gravity of opinionistic views of the few. With special selection, the few are deciding to remove someone for the entire community. This creates a probability contingency that some players will be very unlucky and get banned from playing with players that do not appreciate their attitude when if they played with a different part of the populous they would have avoided even getting reported. This of course is a failure of the system that isn't performing in a fair manner for all.

Please lets give up on this report system and cut to the chase of what we want. That is not to play with the person we would be reporting. If you don't want that person to play ever again, not just never play with you again, because of how they treated you, I say you have some vengeance type attitude associated with this feeling; which we should not condone. Also if you don't want them to ever play again for the good of the community we must realise we are not all the same and what is offensive to some is fine with others, meaning we just can't decide for the community based off of our personal feelings.
