I just keep losing games, no matter how hard I try or how good I do. I try my best to work with my team but the enemy is always way more fed than me or I get afk people. Please someone help. (anything helps)
Take a break you are clearly tilted, if you REALLY want to climb don't play riven. She is not very good right now, she gets outclassed by 
It looks like even in the games you lose, you still get a lot of kills. I'm guessing that you have good mechanics but maybe struggle in other areas. Your problem might be playing after lane phase ends, whether that's because of positioning in team fights or because your team makes bad calls (fighting Baron while whole enemy team is alive, etc). Whatever the case may be, make sure to communicate constantly with your team telling them the cooldown on your ultimate and asking how soon an allies will be up (it signals to your initiators that now is not a good time to fight without saying that) or saying not to follow through with a bad call made by a team mate (or making your own good calls). Consider what you need at that moment in time to secure a victory. Are you losing team fights because the other team is ahead? Get your team to ward the map and stick together to catch enemies out. If the enemy team is grouped on one side of the map maybe that's the time to take a turret or dragon. Decision making and good communication can be the deciding factor in a game. Make sure your entire team is on the same page, let them know what you're going to do and ask what your team mates would like to see done.
