With the new annie lore can we adress the champ?

Annie's kit is disgustingly void of any skill expression at all, she literally is the only mage without a single relevant skillshot and her damage is insane when you consider this. If an annie gets fed the game is instantly over, no chance at a comeback because all she has to do is press r and boom, at least 1-2 people stunned and probably 1 shot. Idk why she wasn't in the mage update but her r either needs to be made a skillshot or her damage shifted somewhere else.

Many people have suggested to make her R throw the bear with a small cast time before it triggers but nah. We need champs for silver players. Better make some Lux skins

IKR. If there was some counterplay to her kit, her family might have survived! Freaking point-and-click stuns.

She's definitely not OP. It's easy for her to acquire some kills, but she is easy to kill, too. Still, playing Annie feels a little...boring? So yes, maybe make the Q a skillshot, and reward her with a longer range. Although, this might result in devastating crowd stuns. Mhm.

Well honestly you can't make every single champ around the Yasuo or Zed's skill expression (having super flashy plays while dashing everywhere). Beginners have to be able to play some champs too without being thrown in game with something they have no idea what to do with, without spending hours trying to learn it

flash back of myself in s4 playing with a friend who asked me to play Thresh, while it was my 2nd or 3rd game in LoL

They already did it with Ryze, he needs to pull off his combo, and you can see how a disaster it is for the beginner's bot (same skill than a new player I'd say).

Annie is great to learn how to CS, great to learn positionning, great to know how and when to engage.
