fix Explorer Ezreals light!!!

dear riot games I am extremely passionate about Ezreal, as well as the explorer Ezreal skin and i noticed that the light on my hat is broken. if it is possible maybe you can turn it on when i go into the jungle or maybe just when the character model goes into a bush. As an even better option it can be on at all times! This way i can do some exploring and the name can live up to its standards! thank you so much please turn my light on i would be very grateful!
