I don't know why i was bronze 1 last season i played placement match i win 8 out of 10 and i get placed iron 1 it's really annoying i m main adc and it hard to climb i fell like all my effort are gone Riot PLS BE TRANSPARENT ABOUT placement match-up

You can't get the same rank as you had last season.
Due to the heavy inflation in ranks last season due to the introduction of 2 new ranks, Riot gave a much harder reset to the system, so everyone started much much lower than they were last season.

Also, maybe the skill floor of the playerbase is a bit higher right now than what it was last season? Remember, you rank is decided by how your stats compare to other people's stats, so just because you won doesn't mean you had the stats needed to be more than Iron.

This seems about normal. You're supposed to start lower so that you have room to climb. It is why climbing is harder at the start of the season because everyone is basically 1 tier down vs where they belong.

I dont get it lol u understand that the ladder is not even separated enough. If you would of waited atleast 2 or 3 months I guarantee u would of placed better with that outcome. I went 5 n 5 last season and dropped only 1 div.
