So ive been playing rengar jungle with devourer recently (dont ask it works i promise) but i was wondering about the interaction between devourer and rengars q, like does it proc the damage from his Q 2 times?

On-hit effects and auto-attack modifiers are two different things. Frozen Mallet, Orianna's passive, and Spellblade are all on-hit effects Whereas Draven's Spinning Axe (Q), Rengar's Q, and Kayle's E, are all auto-attack modifiers.

no its like a second auto that does 0 dmg an your auto modifier from q gets consumed by the first auto

Just wondering how do you win when your "powerspike" with devour would be at 20-25 minutes? Where burst cat hits his at 8-10?
