Clarity with potion icon locations

There is a small inconsistency with the locations of the potions when they are used. If one uses a health potion, the buff icon appears above the abilities. However, if the biscuit mastery is used, the icon appears above the items. The mana potion also displays above the items. I'm not sure if this is intended, but I was wondering if it would be clearer if they all appear in the same location. Thanks.
