@Riot Please TL;DR, please don't let Pantheon turn into an Athenian (aka: non-manly spartan)
As a representative of the small group of pantheon players, I can attest, even before the new juggernaut comp and buffs, pantheon did average in lane, but definitely got out-scaled by most top laners and junglers late. With the recent buffs to Darius, Garen, Nasus etc, I and many fear that Mantheon will de-puebertize into a Boytheon.
With his
- Low defensive stats and HP (makes jungling less than optimal, and laning against garen, nasus, vlad a long day)
- easily interrupted stun and E (primary damage source)
- short ranged Q (more like a dart throw than a spear toss)
He countered few but now he might be countered by many. Pantheon players rely on early roaming, to snowball other lanes, but being so squishy even ganking a victor is sometimes gruesome.
